What is SystmConnect?

SystmConnect allows you to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and much more

If you wish to, you can now use the internet to view your medical record and request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your medical record online. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well.

Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.

All requests for appointments with a doctor and nurse will be reviewed by one of our GP’s or Advanced Clinical Practitioners who will book you an appointment with one of our team or signpost you to the service best able to meet your needs. This ensures that all patients have equal access to our services, whether you use our online form, call the practice or visit us, and receive the right care at the right time with the right team.

We encourage everyone who can make an online appointment request via our website to do so, from 30th January, ensuring our phone lines remain available for those who need them.

Those unable to use our website can continue to call us at 01903 850900 or visit the practice in person and our reception team will be happy to help you.

Why are you changing this?

We are responding to patient feedback – including those who have experienced long waits on the phone to make an appointment and to ensure that our patients can get appointments when needed. We have looked at different ways to help with this and are responding by making it easier to access us online for those that are able to do so, freeing up phone lines for those that need them the most.

All our patients will have the same access to our team whether we receive a request online,  on the phone or in person.
